The Team Alignment Experience is an individual and team engagement for small businesses and teams wanting to add more flow and ease to their work, create shared language across the group about how each person decides to approach opportunities for themselves and around their preferred work styles, as well as learn how to maximize team strengths and create aligned output.

• You’ll receive a full Team Analysis document - a downloadable PDF that includes a team overview with insights about each individual team member, Energy Center traits and benefits, plus the individual gifts and strengths of each team member and what this brings to the work setting

• A 2 hour delivery call / virtual workshop to go over information with the team and answer any individual + team questions

• Access to Sara for follow-up questions and guidance if needed

• Option to add individual Human Design Guides for each team member at a discounted additional cost
